2018年跟小伙伴的第一次聚餐选在了高大上的柏悦酒店48楼的潮餐厅。每年都办杭州凯悦酒店的美食会会员卡，虽然同属Hyatt 集团旗下，可惜在同城的酒店之间不可以共享会员折扣，反而异地的可以共享。跟杭州唯一排名亚洲前50的餐厅，杭州凯悦酒店的湖滨28相比，柏悦酒店的潮餐厅装修更现代更时尚，地理位置各有千秋，前者靠近西湖，后者地处钱江新城，但是在湖滨28里用餐是看不到湖景的，而潮餐厅在48层高楼上，可以一边用餐一边欣赏夜景，钱塘江，莲花碗，大剧院，会展中心，来福士等尽收眼底。招牌菜北京烤鸭，一出炉就香气四溢，厨师当场切片，鸭皮鸭肉都片成很薄的一片片，拿张薄饼，夹一片鸭皮一片鸭肉，涂点烤鸭酱，放点京葱和黄瓜条，卷起来吃，美味不亚于北京前门大街上的正宗全聚德烤鸭。烤鸭的鸭架没有煮汤，做成了椒盐鸭架，吃起来香香脆脆的。冰镇生蚝是服务员推荐的，很新鲜的吉拉多，挤点柠檬汁就可以吃了。帕尔玛火腿配蜜瓜，摆盘很精致，第一次吃到火腿配蜜瓜，火腿的鲜咸搭配蜜瓜的清甜，真是意想不到的美味。有机春鸡，选用的是一斤左右的童子鸡，烤的外脆里嫩。菜心选了上汤做法，菜心很新鲜很嫩，颜色碧绿，看起来很有食欲。厨房就在餐厅里，不设玻璃隔墙，顾客可以近距离看厨师做菜，让顾客吃的放心，只有足够自信的餐厅才敢这样操作。湖滨28主要是做中餐，以杭帮菜为主，而潮餐厅中餐西餐都有，用餐感受比湖滨28更好，以后有机会还会再次光顾。

48楼潮餐厅相对于36楼的中餐厅装修布局更显轻松，周二至周五中午提供半自助午餐，8月前还有买一送一的优惠，感觉还不错，开放式的厨房，可以看到主厨们忙碌的身影，一定要点名是烤鸭，烤鸭外酥里嫩。片皮后，鸭皮芳香四溢，蘸糖入口即化，鸭肉滋味浓郁，配上甜面酱，黄瓜，甜咸兼并，搭配那无敌的钱塘江江景还真得别有一番滋味！不过餐厅提供的水果真心一般，布林个头很大入口极酸，油桃淡而无味！
